A lightweight Dynamic Island for the Windows desktop.

It sits at the top of the screen and changes shape with what is happening: the song playing with its cover and controls, volume and microphone, battery and charging, timers, CPU, GPU and RAM. When the PC is left alone, an always-on display takes over the screen. C# and WPF on .NET 10, talking to Windows directly through its media, audio and power APIs; it waits for events instead of polling, so it stays light.
